When our hotel was founded in 1949,
it started out as a “ryokan with cuisine.”

In addition to generous portions and exquisite flavor, our dinner service features modern Baccarat glassware and valuable antiques such as Old Imari and Old Noritake, which have been treasured since the Edo period, to serve up visually stunning dishes for your enjoyment.

On the day of or the day before, we will ask customers about their age, gender, and purpose of visit, and the reception staff and kitchen staff will work together to provide dishes tailored to each customer's preferences.
