At “Shinmonso”, we offer seasonal dishes as well as dishes tailored to each customer's preferences. In addition, we implement hygiene management based on HACCP, request specifications from suppliers and wholesalers, and strive to ensure food safety and security.

For customers with food allergies
At “Shinmonso”, we do our utmost to ensure that customers with food allergies can also enjoy their meals. Upon request, we will change some menu items to exclude the seven specific allergenic ingredients and 20 ingredients equivalent to specific allergenic ingredients.

Eggs, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanuts, shrimp, and crab
20 items equivalent to allergenic ingredients
Abalone, squid, salmon roe, salmon, mackerel, beef, chicken, pork
Oranges, kiwis, bananas, peaches, apples
Gelatin, walnuts, soybeans, matsutake mushrooms, yams, cashews, sesame seeds
Important notes regarding food allergies
1. We confirm the ingredients used based on information provided by the manufacturer.
2. As the dishes are prepared in the same kitchen as other menu items, there is a possibility that trace amounts of allergens may be present in the cooking process.
3. For the reasons mentioned above, the dishes we serve are not completely allergy-friendly, so please be aware of this in advance.
4. In cases of severe symptoms, we may unfortunately have to refuse service for the safety of our customers. Please understand this in advance.
